| | ALFA Network AIP-W505 802.11b/g/N
ALFA AIP-W505 is an easy to handle low cost 802.11b/g/N Wireless-LAN router and access point
for home and small business applications. It supports up to 150Mbit/s , offers great input sensitivity
and outstanding "all in one product"-functionality.
The 505 is suitable for WISP applications and is usable in Access Point/Router mode, WISP mode,
WDS , Wireless Bridge-Mode, Repeater mode and "Hybrid Mode" which means that you even can
operate the different modes in mixed form. (Multiple SSIDs supported!)
Even though it provides this great functionality it’s easy to manage by a user friendly web-interface
that assists you with the setup, if you wish so.
The 5dBi 2,4GHz ALFA RP-SMA antenna is detachable and can easy be replaced or upgraded
with a lager one with more gain or even a (pen-)booster to amplify the signal and to
extend the range significantly!
